16:30-17:30 | Tianhou Temple (Free) Southeast China's largest Mazu temple (founded 1196). Exquisite wood carvings and caisson ceiling.
🚶 Day 3: Coastal Heritage — Xunpu Village → Luoyang Bridge → Maritime Museum
8:30-11:00 | Xunpu Village (Free, 20min from city) Oyster-shell houses — Minnan homes built with oyster shells for insulation. Xunpu women's flower headdress (簪花围) is intangible cultural heritage. Experience it (¥40 with photos). Fresh oyster omelette here is amazing.
11:30-13:30 | Luoyang Bridge (Free) One of China's Four Great Ancient Bridges (built 1053 AD), China's oldest existing cross-sea stone bridge (1,200m). Stone warriors, pagodas, and Moonlight Bodhisattva carvings along the bridge. Oysters growing on bridge piers demonstrate ancient "oyster foundation" engineering.
14:30-17:00 | Quanzhou Maritime Museum (Free, reservation needed) China's only national museum on maritime trade history. Must-see:
- Song Dynasty Ship: 1974-excavated ocean vessel with spice cargo intact
