Guangji Bridge — one of China's Four Great Ancient Bridges, 518m long. Unique floating bridge of 18 boats, connected by day, disconnected by night for shipping. Paifang Street — 1,948m with 23 Ming-Qing stone memorial archways. Night light show at 8 PM (free).
Food: Beef Meatballs (¥10-15), Braised Goose (¥25-40), Fish Balls (¥5-8), Duck Mother Dessert (¥5-8)
🚶 Day 2: Kaiyuan Temple (free) + Jilue Huanggong Shrine (¥10, peak of Chaozhou woodcarving) + Han Yu Shrine (¥10, memorial to the Tang Dynasty literary giant).
Evening: Gongfu Tea experience — Chaozhou's tea ceremony is China's finest. Phoenix Dancong tea at an old-city teahouse.
