Terms of Service

YUNTUN STUDYSTUDIOS provides information about study spaces and programs, educational and partner content, and online account services that help users sign in, manage a profile, and access selected features.

Some offline study-room or partner services may be subject to separate agreements or venue rules.

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You may sign in with a phone number or Google account where those options are enabled. After first-time sign-in, you may bind a browser fingerprint and set a password for later fingerprint login.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Site content, branding, and software related to YUNTUN STUDYSTUDIOS are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial browsing and account use unless we grant other written permission.

If you submit partner applications or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them as needed to review the request and operate related services.

The service may rely on third parties such as Google (for Sign-In), SMS providers, captcha providers, and hosting infrastructure. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The website and account services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of all content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Study outcomes, exam results, and partner opportunities depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuntun and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the online service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
