Laoshan 3-Day Citywalk Guide: Daoist Immortal Mountain Meets the Sea
Laoshan — "The First Mountain on the Sea," birthplace of Quanzhen Daoism, where Pu Songling's tales of wall-penetrating monks still echo. Granite peaks plunge into the Yellow Sea, Taiqing Temple's thousand-year ginkgo towers skyward, Yangkou Beach gleams white, and Beijiushui streams babble through ravines. From the summit: endless ocean below, clouds and mist above. Three days between mountain and sea.
