🚶 Day 1: Laojiao Museum → Zhangba Longan Grove → Riverside Night Market
Morning: Luzhou Laojiao Museum — 450+ years of continuous brewing. 1573 National Treasure Cellar Pits (Ming Dynasty, still in use). Taste fresh distilled baijiu (¥50-100). Museum free.
Midday: Douhua (tofu) hotpot (¥30-50/person) — Luzhou specialty; white cake (¥3-5); zhu'er ba sticky rice balls (¥3-5).
Afternoon: Zhangba Longan Grove — 400+ years, 1,500+ century-old trees. Harvest July-August. Free.
Evening: Riverside night market — chuanchuan skewers (¥0.5-1 each!), grilled fish (¥30-50), ice jelly (¥5-8). Views of Yangtze-Tuo River confluence.
🚶 Day 2: Yaoba + Fubao Ancient Towns (Full Day)
Morning: Yaoba — Ming-Qing architecture, Wang Chaowen's former residence, filming location of "Da Hong Rice Shop." Low commercialization. Yellow cake (¥5-8). Free. 1.5hrs from Luzhou.
Afternoon: Fubao — even more pristine, built into mountainside with cascading wooden houses. "Mountain architecture masterpiece." Free. 1hr from Yaoba.
🚶 Day 3: Fangshan → Departure
Morning: Fangshan — Buddhist mountain, world's largest black-faced Guanyin statue. 1hr hike to summit. ¥20.
Afternoon: Fly from Luzhou Yunlong Airport or drive to Chongqing (2hrs)/Chengdu (3hrs).
