Day 1: Horton Plains + World's End
Full Day: Horton Plains National Park (~¥100, includes jeep) Sri Lanka's only national park allowing hiking — 2,100-2,300m plateau. 9km loop trail (3-4 hours) through cloud forest and grassland.
Highlights: World's End (884m vertical cliff — views to plains and Indian Ocean below; best 7-10am before clouds roll in), Mini World's End (270m cliff), Baker's Falls (20m waterfall named after explorer Samuel Baker). Must arrive by 6:30 — World's End covered by clouds after 10am. 1h drive from Nuwara Eliya.
Day 2: Tea Plantations + Gregory Lake
Morning: Tea Estate Tour (¥20-30) Heart of Ceylon tea country. Pedro Tea Estate (10min from town — full picking and processing tour, tasting), Damro Tea Labookellie (larger estate, tasting ¥15-20).
